Super Easy Healthy Chicken Wrap with Avocado and Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients 
  • 4 Tortillas or chapati I prefer whole wheat
  • 2 cups Shredded chicken leftover - see note above for fresh
  • Few cherry tomatoes cut into half
  • 8 Cucumber slices cut length way
  • 1 bunch Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Avocado sliced and squeezed with lemon to prevent discoloring.
  • Yogurt Dressing
  • 1 cup Yogurt Sour/non-sweet
  • 1 tsp Mustard powder or paste
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
  1. Make yogurt dressing
  2. To make yogurt dressing - mix all ingredients together and set aside.
  3. Have all ingredients ready
  4. Warm Tortilla or Chapati lightly on a frying pan or skillet. 
  5. Place on a piece of foil to use a wrap.
  6. Place some lettuce leaves,
  7. Followed by cucumber, tomatoes and avocado slices
  8. Spoon some yogurt dressing over



lastly, wrap in the foil and cut in half.
Serve with more yogurt dressing on the side.
