Ingredients:

·         450 gr of elbow pasta
·         50 gr of butter
·         Shallots, cut into dices
·         Three cloves garlic, minced
·         50 gr flour
·         400 ml of milk
·         kosher salt and ground black pepper as the seasonings
·         100 gr shredded white Cheddar
·         100 gr shredded mozzarella
·         450 gr of lump crab meat
·         Chopped parsley for the garnish

Directions:

·         1First, you can prepare the oven and heat over 375 Fahrenheit-degree or 190 celsius-degree. Then, prepare a large pot filled with boiling water used to cook the elbows. Here, you can cook the elbows based on the instructions written on the package. After done, drain the elbows.
·         2Next, prepare a large skillet and turn on the heat over medium heat. Put the butter and melt it down by adding the shallot and garlic on it. Cook these ingredients until they are soft and you can smell the produced fragrance. Then, you can add the milk as well. Also, don’t forget to season the mixture with salt and pepper. Cook again to simmer for around 2 minutes until you can see the texture thickens and becomes smooth.
·         3After this, you can add with a half white cedar and mozzarella. Cook and stir until it turns much creamy. Then, you can turn on the heat and add with sauce and crab meat on top of the cooked elbows. Here, you need to stir again, evenly. As the topping, you can drizzle with cheddar and parsley.
