Ingredients

·         A half cup of margarine
·         A half cup of powdered sugar

·         One and a half cups of pecans (chopped)
·         A cup of coconut milk (full fat)
·         A half cup of brown sugar
·         Two tablespoons of maple syrup
·         A pinch of salt for taste
·         Four tablespoons of margarine
·         A teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions:

1.      1Before you start to make the shortbread, you have to preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, you can start to make the shortbread. Prepare a medium bowl and put a cup of all-purpose flour, a half cup of margarine, a half cup of powdered sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix it all until it turns into a dough form. After that, divide it into 12 pieces.
2.      2Prepare the muffin tins and line it. Put the dough into the bottom of the muffin tins. Then put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until it freezes. After that, you can start to bake the frozen dough for at least five until 10 minutes until the cookie well cooked.
3.      3Now, you can make the pecans topping. First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees of Fahrenheit. While you are preheating the oven, you can start to toast the pecans for about 4 minutes until it is fragrant. Then, set the pecans aside. Now, move to the syrup mixture.
