Korean beef ramen is a popular Korean-style spicy instant noodle creation with the mix of onions and mushrooms. Easy Steps to Make Tasty Korean Beef Ramen 
Making Korean beef ramen is ahead and don’t need hours to complete this recipe. But remember, to prepare the ingredients and proper cooking utensils as always especially a pan because this recipe is for one pan meal. When talking about the beef, you may marinate it for at least 30 minutes before making this dish (you can marinate it overnight if you want).

Ingredients:

·         1 pound flank steak
·         Two tablespoons oil
·         Four tablespoons gochujang (Korean chile paste. Find it in Asian sector of most grocery stores).
·         Four teaspoons sugar
·         Three teaspoons sesame oil
·         Two tablespoons soy sauce
·         Rice vinegar as much as two tablespoons
·         One teaspoon ground ginger
·         Two packs beef ramen (including seasoning and 1 ½ cups water)
·         ½ cup sliced mushrooms
·         ½ white onion, sliced thinly
·         Two tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
·         Four teaspoons minced garlic

Directions:

·         1Whisk gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, green onions, sesame oil, ginger, and sugar together in a small bowl until blend. Then, pour a half of the mixture into a large ziplock bag. Place steak in bag, seal it and chill for 30 minutes or up to overnight. Cover the remaining sauce and chill again until ready to use.
·         2Next, drizzle oil into a skillet or large pan and set over medium high heat. You can use things to transfer steak from bag to pan, keep marinade in the bag. Cook it for 5-8 minutes on each side until it gets browned on the outside. Then, remove steak to a large cutting board and rest it.
·         3Add onions, ramen noodles, ramen seasoning and beef marinade from the bag to the pan. You can pour the water over the top and bring to a simmer. Cook them for 5-7 minutes until you got the tender noodles and cooked evenly.
·         4Slice the steak thinly across the grain. Place the steak strips and reserved sauce to the pan. Stir them frequently to combine. You can continue to cook them for a few minutes until the steak is hot throughout. Last, garnish with green onions (optional) and serve the meal immediately.
