How to make tasty pasta primavera

Ingredients

·         One large zucchini. Cut it into thin strips.
·         Three yellow squash. Cut it into thin strips
·         One large garlic and onion (Slice it thin)
·         One red bell pepper
·         ¼ cups of oil
·         Two tablespoons of salt and black pepper
·         One tablespoon of dried Italian herb
·         One pound of farfalle or favorite with bowtie pasta
·         15 cherry tomatoes. Cut into two parts
·         One cup of parmesan.
·         Five carrots and slice it into thin

Directions

·         1Take a large bowl. Fill the bowl with small garlic and onion, carrots, zucchini, yellow squash, one red bell pepper. Mix all the vegetable. Add oil, black pepper, salt and herb into the bowl.
·         2Put the mixture vegetables on the baking pan. Divided the vegetable mixture into two baking pans. Bake the mixed vegetables until getting brown for 20 minutes.

·         3Meanwhile, place the pasta in a big pot of boiling water that had filled with the salt. Cook the pasta until al dente for 10 minutes. Take the pasta and drain it. But take one cup of the cooking liquid.
·         4Toss the pasta into the vegetable mixture in a large bowl. Bring the cooking liquid and place it for the mites. Pour some salt and black pepper. The last it pour the parmesan into the pasta.
