INGREDIENTS

2 (14 oz) cans sweetened condensed milk
·
2 cups flour
·
½ cup brown sugar
·
2 sticks unsalted butter
·
2 teaspoons vanilla
·
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
·
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
·
½ teaspoon salt
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, leaving
edges slightly longer to aid in removing brownies from dish once baked.
2. Melt condensed milk and butter together in a medium saucepan on medium
heat, stirring frequently. Once melted, remove from heat and add vanilla and
brown sugar. Stir to incorporate.
3. Mix in cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and flour and mix until
thoroughly blended. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until middle is just set and sides are slightly
crisped.
5. Rest in pan for 5 minutes before using wings of parchment paper to pull
brownies from baking dish. To serve, cut into squares and enjoy warm. Cool
completely before storing in an airtight container.
