HONEY DIJON BROILED SALMON
INGREDIENTS

4 skinless salmon filets, about 1 inch thick
·
1 Tbsp whole-grain dijon mustard
·
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
·
1 Tbsp honey
·
1/2 tsp chili powder
·
1/4 tsp kosher salt
·
pinch
of black pepper
·
pinch
of cayenne pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Adjust oven rack to be 6 inches from
the broiler. Preheat broiler to high and line a baking sheet with foil or
parchment paper. Pat salmon filets dry with a paper towel.
2.
Combine mustard, vinegar, honey,
chili powder, salt, pepper and cayenne in a small bowl. Brush over tops of
salmon filets.
3.
Broil 8-10 minutes, depending on the
thickness of the filets.
