Ingredients

·         One pound of chicken bone
·         A cup of white wheat flour
·         A tablespoon of salt and black pepper
·         Three cloves of garlic and minced it
·         A jar of pasta sauce
·         A cup of grated parmesan cheese
·         Two tablespoons of fresh basil

Directions

·         1Place the chicken dry on paper towels. And then, insert the flour in a shallow bowl. Pour the salt and the black pepper into the bowl. Dredge the chicken bone in flour and cover all sides of the chicken. After that, just let the chicken in the flour for 4 minutes
·         2Add two tablespoons of oil into a large pan. Sear the chicken until getting golden brown for 5 minutes until the both side cooks well. You can add additional oil if you need to. After that, remove the chicken from the pan and put it on the plate.
·         3Add the garlic into the boiling oil in the pan before. Saute the garlic until getting fragrant smells for 5 minutes. Add the sauce into the pan until the sauce bubbly. Remove the sauce from the pan, and add the sauce to the chicken. Put the chicken into the baking pan.
·         4Oven, the chicken at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Do not forget to top the chicken with the parmesan cheese. Cook until the cheese is melting. After that, remove the chicken from the baking pan and put it on the plate. Add the basil and cheese.
