Low Carb Chocolate Pound Cake

ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup Anthony’s Erythritol
  • ¼ cup Anthony’s Cocoa Powder
  • ⅓ cup Anthony’s Coconut Flour
  • ½ cup Anthony’s Almond Flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Introdutions
1.       Preheat the oven to 350° F and grease a 7.5”x3.5” loaf pan.
2.       In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, butter, erythritol, and cocoa; mix well.
3.       Add the coconut flour, almond flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well.
4.       Transfer to prepared.
5.       Bake for about 35 minutes.
6.       Cool, slice, and enjoy!
