pineapple smoothie is a tropical combination of pineapple, banana, pineapple 
juice and Greek yogurt, all blended together until creamy and smooth. A great
smoothie for breakfast or snack time!

Ingredients

1/2 cups pineapple juice
·     
1 banana cut
in half
·     
1
1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
·     
3/4 cup vanilla
Greek yogurt
·     
fresh
pineapple wedges and mint sprigs for garnish optional
Instructions
1.    Place the pineapple juice, banana, frozen
pineapple and vanilla Greek yogurt in a blender. 
2.    Blend until smooth.
3.    Pour into 2 glasses. Garnish with pineapple
wedges and mint sprigs if desired.
