Chicken Pad Thai is a famous traditional street dish from Thailand. Almost every street foods are selling this dish because the taste of Chicken Pad Thai is unique and represent the original taste of Thailand. Chicken Pad Thai unique because it is using rice noodle as main ingredients.
Easy Chicken Pad Thai Recipe
Do you want to taste the original taste of Thailand in your house? You don’t  have to book a flight for hours to Thailand just to feel the taste of Thailand while you can try it in your home with this recipe! All you need to do is prepare the ingredients and do the directions below:

Ingredients:

·         150 grams soaked rice noodles, drain.
·         4 tbsp of Thai fish sauce
·         4 tbsp of tamarind paste
·         1 tbsp lime juice
·         1 tbsp rice vinegar
·         1 tbsp Sriracha
·         3 tbsp sugar
·         2 tbsp vegetable oil
·         Four chopped garlic cloves
·         1 1/2 tbsp minced salted turnip
·         One tsp dried shrimp
·         1/2 cup baked tofu, diced
·         100 grams of small diced chicken breast
·         1 eggs
·         1 tbsp paprika
·         Four green onions, thin sliced
·         100 grams bean sprouts
·         1/4 cup chopped dry-roasted peanuts

Directions:

·         1Mix combine lime juice, fish sauce, tamarind paste, vinegar, Sriracha, and sugar into a bowl to make Pad Thai Sauce. Side aside. This sauce is the most important ingredients in this recipe because the uniqueness of this sauce create the taste of Thailand dish.
·         2Then prepare large pan and set over high heat, add vegetable oil. After the pan starts to smoke, then put garlic into it then stir well until you could smell the aroma of garlic. It takes about 2 minutes Then add the chicken stir-fry for 5 minutes. After that adding tofu, turnip, and dried shrimp. Stir-fry for 3 minutes more.
·         3Add the egg to another side of the pan then scramble it until half cooked. Then mix well all ingredients in the pan for 1 minutes. After that add, the rice noodles cook it for 4 minutes until the noodles are soft. Add the Pad Thai sauce and paprika. Mix well.
·         4Put the bean sprouts, and green onions into the pan then mix well for 5 minutes. After that, set the plate put the Chicken Pad Thai in the plate. The Chicken Pad Thai is ready to serve with then garnish with green onions, bean sprouts, and peanuts.
