1 litre Alpro unsweetened almond milk (1
litre = 1 person's HE A allowance)

Sprinkle cinnamon
·
1 tsp Teisseire Gourmet Drops (Syn Free) Or
your own choice of sweetener
Instructions
1.
Place everything in a slow cooker.
2.
Place the lid on and cook on low for 3 hours and serve.
