This recipe is gluten free, vegetarian, Slimming World and Weight Watchers friendly

Serves: 6
Ingredients
·      3 cups of slaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
·      half a small red onion, thinly sliced
·      2 tablespoons of low fat mayonnaise (3.5 syns)
·      ½ cup (120ml) of fat free plain yogurt
·      juice of half a lemon
·      1 tbs of maple syrup (2 syns)
·      salt and black pepper to season
·      optional - add a sprinkling of curry powder and some grated apple for a curried version
Method
1.   Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.
2.   Store in a lidded tub in the fridge for up to 1 week
