Half Syn Mini Yorkshire Puddings
INGREDIENTS
·         30 g Plain Flour
·         2  Eggs
·         75 ml Skimmed Milk
·           Sea Salt
·           Frylight

INSTRUCTIONS
1.       Pre-heat oven to 210°C
2.       Spray 16 holes in a mini muffin tray with a decent amount of Frylight and place in the oven until it starts foaming slightly (5-8 minutes)
3.       Put flour, eggs, milk and salt in a decent sized bowl and whisk, by hand, until the mixture is smooth
4.       Divide the batter evenly between the 16 moulds and place in the oven
5.       Cook for 8 - 10 minutes, or until they are crisp, golden and hold their shape
