Ingredients:

200 gr of long grain rice (basmati rice)

30 gr of butter or 30 ml of olive oil

A bay leaf
·
500 ml water
·
30 gr of chopped cilantro
·
45 m of lemon juice
·
A lemon
·
Salt and pepper
Directions:

1Prepare a heavy pot and heat it up over medium heat.
Put the butter or olive oil in it and let it melt. Add the bay leaf and also
rice to the pot. Then, cook the rice for 2 minutes and do not forget to stir
them continuously while you pour the water into it. Add salt and pepper for
seasoning.

2After the rice is boiled, cover the pot. Then, lower
the heat to make it simmer around 15 until 25 minutes or until the rice is
