“Chocolate” Manuka Honey Fat Bombs (AIP/Paleo/Refined
Sugar-Free)
Ingredients

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

2 tbsp. carob powder
·
1 tbsp. Manuka honey
Instructions
1. Mix coconut oil and carob powder.
2. Fill silicone molds halfway with half of coconut oil carob
mixture.
3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until solid.
4. Add a small dollop of Manuka honey to the molds (Around 1/8
tsp to 1/4 tsp, depending on the size of the molds).
5. Top with the remaining chocolate mixture until silicone mold
is full.
6. Refrigerate for another 20-30 minutes until solid.
7. Pop fat bombs out of molds.
8. Enjoy!
9. Store in refrigerator or freezer to prevent melting.
