PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP EDIBLE COOKIE DOUGH

Edible Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookie Dough

Craving cookie dough?  Whip up a bowl of Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Edible Cookie Dough.  Just grab a spoon and dig in!  A delicious no bake recipe that you will love.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 cup half and half or milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup peanut butter chips

INSTRUCTIONS

1.       Add flour to

small bowl and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring after every 15 seconds.

2.       In separate bowl, cream together butter, sugars, and peanut butter with hand mixer until light and fluffy.

3.       Add vanilla, half and half (or milk) and salt. Continue to mix.

4.       Slowly add in flour and mix until well combined.

5.       Fold in chocolate chips and peanut butter chips.

6.       Eat immediately or store in air-tight continue in refrigerator.

7.       Enjoy!
